• You have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving the parcel (withdrawal from a distance selling contract). The parcel with the returned products must be posted at your own expense. We do not accept parcels sent COD. In order for us to accept a return, we must receive the product undamaged and without any signs of use. Once the parcel with the products has arrived, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel at our head office. You do not need to give a reason for the return, however, we would be grateful if you do so as it will help us to improve our products.

Jak zwrócić produkty?

  1. Download and complete the product return form - FORMULARZ
  2. Securely package the returned products. Attach the completed returns form and proof of purchase to the parcel.
  3. Send the parcel by any shipping method to:

  4. We will refund the money to the specified account within 14 days from the day the parcel arrives at our head office.

Reklamacje

  1. JIf, upon receipt of the goods, the Customer finds that the goods do not comply with the order: the type of product does not match, the product has manufacturing defects or the product has been damaged, they should contact the shop to determine how to handle the complaint. All complaints are dealt with within 14 working days of their receipt.

  3. We do not accept parcels sent back cash on delivery.
